Well i'm glad your here Kitten and tara and creative. It's really weird, when i was frist her CO&K was soo much smaller, just a few of us, now there is so many well i cant wait to get a new digital camera to start posting tuts again

Yeah it used to be a much more intimate place, it's not any more but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing.

Better Than Sex Cupcakes (chocolate chocolate chip cupcakes filled with chocolate mousse topped with a chocolate ganche drizzeled in white chocolate) (A side tut will be included for both the chocolate mousse and the chocolate ganche)

Angel Food cupcakes from scratch.

And i have others, but need a decent camera frist. and some more of my baking gear (moved towns after what jerk face did to me and didnt bring most of it cause i didnt have the space to pack yet, la sigh)

I also want to make a tut for Black forest cake, A triple decker carrot cake with totasted coconut topping, and fudge and well.... lots of things

I hate you. LOL. I am allergic to wheat, and I love cupcakes. Now my mouth is watering. The closest I can get to cupcakes is the new Fruity Pebbles that are cupcake flavored. =p

ever tried making them with something like rice flour or potatoe statch? im sure there has to be a recipe out there for wheatless cupcakes

they've got -less cupcakes in every other kind, eggless, anything not vegan less, gultenless.

I can't even find that stuff at the stores here. I am starting to look online for stuff. Like gluten free pasta so I am not tempted to eat the boys velveta shells and cheese!

I'm here every day, and I have things I want to post but I'm butting around about it. I have a good camera but digitizing stuff is something I have a problem getting around to. Then there is stuff I have pix of and just haven't posted, don't know why, just haven't. I always plan to, but sometimes I feel like it's too time consuming at the moment so I don't feel like it. AAAAAAAHHH! Damn headaches! I'm gonna get these things posted this week!!
