plans for christmas
what are u guys planning on doin? im not sure yet but probably have my kids open presents in the morning then go to church then go to my grandmas and my boyfriends grandmas and that will probably be it..
staying home, watching movies, drinking some nog, probably will try and make a some roast beef dinner. our family lives about 8 hrs north. no one wanted to come down for christmas and this is the first christmas in 5 year that my husband will be home (he is military) so i wanted to stay home and not stress about travel. I might make a ginger bread house
that sounds fun and relaxing
i'm directing a kid's christmas play with my friend for my church. As far as Christmas day, i'm going to hope that everything I make for everyone dosn't fall apart! I'm making EVERYTHING, so i'm kind of trying to pump them out!
Hang out with my family in the morning. Hopefully drop by my bf's house and give him and his family presents for a bit. Then just spend the rest of the day playing with whatever I got.
A lot of my gift giving will be before winter break at my school. Just carry baskets of homemade jewelry and give them to people.
Well Christmas in Australia is hot, especially where I live. It will probably be around 43degs or 109.4f. So we will be having the traditional Aussie BBQ (no way am I cooking in the house), cold seafood and salads, pavlova and trifle for dessert. I live away from my family but my younger sister lives nearby so she'll be over for the day and Mike usually has a few single friends with no where to go so they'll be here too. The kids usually open 1 present each on Christmas Eve and the rest in the morning.
fun and relaxing is just the way i like it
i'd like to go christmas caroling but since i moved here a few months ago i haven't made many friends, maybe next year i can round up a good group to go
