the boards are so dead latley!

I'm still here! Just not at 6:40 am. Well, sometimes =P

they really don't seem to be dead to me, I think the huge influx of newbies has stopped thats why, we might of scared most of the newbies away, because if you remember the rude ones and the ones who joined swaps and never came back again, and we had to create posts about rude people and people who don't send out swaps. And it may of affected them. Plus we could be scary, we are like a tight knit group

They tend to be quiet on a Sunday I've noticed, maybe folks are doing "family stuff".
I am apparently scary in real life, my neighbours are terrified of me lol (tho they are all like 5' and a cracker, I prob look like Godzilla to them)

rawr! lol I been crafting up a storm and hanging out with my family. I am also working on ideas of what to make for all my nieces and nephews...either sewing up some scarfs or sewing together some bandannas onto a small fleese blanket for Christmas. Ideas, ideas, and more ideas! lol Not to mention Emma's bday party is this Saturday and need to get on the ball of crafting everything for her Coraline theme.

Actually Jessica, if you have MSN messenger, Sug set up one for cok members, some of us are there on regular basis, but i know what you mean, it would be easier if there was one on the site.
I kinda agree with you Michelle, newbies join and in the beginning I guess they are intrigued with what they see on the site, but once they log off that's it, they forget about it. So I'm assuming they aren't too much into crafts like we are. Also, it's probably cuz of the holidays coming up and ppl are spending more time with family and crafting gifts and such.

i check in a few times a day, but i think i read more post then actually respond to them. bit of a stalker over here, lurking in the shadows.....
but i am really busy right now, even though i started making christmas gifts in september i still have some to make, plus doing a few craft fairs,a nd my in laws are coming for thanksgiving, and i have two toddlers......lol
i wish we had a chat on co+k too!

I also check in a few times a day (see I'm back again lol), but I can't always think of something sensible to add so I don't.

I'm hooked to this site. I'm glad to know that there are other ppl out there like me...always thinking of ideas and making things.

I've been having problems with these boards lately though, I cant click past page 2 on a bunch of different ones. For example: The post pics of your pets...I click on page 3 and it goes straight back to page 2 or 1. I dont know what's going on...

I had that problem with the pet pics one too.

I also deleted my myspace page and my facebook, they were doing my head in
