Any ideas on how to "start" a sketchbook?

I'm starting a "new" at home sketchbook/Art journal/scrapbook.
Any ideas on how the Introduction should go?Embarrassed
I was thinking about making the first page like an Anime profile, but I do not know what I should put on this profile. Any ideas?
