shirred dress ?

i want to make a dress similar to this http://www.asos.com/Evil-Twin/Evil-Twin-Walking-Dawn-Strappy-Skater-Dress/Prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=2218881&cid=9746&sh=0&pge=1&pgesize=20&sort=-1&clr=Multi but i don t know how to recreate the same neckline! any ideas ?

Cut the shape of the bodice first. Sheer the bodice after you've sewed the front and back together and finish with bias tape. Really easy.

@pinkweeds thank you,that was my first thought but i wasn t sure about the " width" of the bodice because it is not the typical rectangle you see in this type of dresses but i guess i ll have to make a mock-up and find the right shape before i actually make it
