any of a class of nonvolatile, solid or semisolid organic substances, as copal or mastic, that consist of amorphous mixtures of carboxylic acids and are obtained directly from certain plants as exudations or prepared by polymerization of simple molecules: used in medicine and in the making of varnishes and plastics.

you can pick this stuff up at the craft store and I think its a two parter mixer that you place in a mold and add your (glitter, pictures, toys, ribbon, stickers ect) and let it dry or cure and once its done you take it out of the mold and you can make jewlery out of them or what nots.

Just to let you know- VERY expensive, very difficult to work with. Also, big fumes so quite dangerous.

Hey there! You can get resin from any craft store..(hobby lobby, michaels) and even a type of resin that's sold at Lowe's. Basically what you do is mix equal parts together and pour it in layers, adding whatever you want between the layers.

You can also add colored pigment, glitter, sprinkles, stickers..anything really to it. The crafting type of resin is not overly toxic..just make sure that the room is well ventilated. I pour my resin in the garage with the door open. It takes approximately 24 hours to cure if you've mixed everything correctly.

I have a few resin pieces up in my projects.
