badges?

I'm looking on ebay for the back of badges, but I've got no idea what to search under. I don't really want brooch backs, preferably ones like safety pins or those ones that look like earring back, butterfly pins are they?

I do fabric covered button badges' but at the moment i seem to be having real problems getting them, so anyone who gets a button badge from me should feel VERY special ;D

I've scoured ebay recently for them, but no luck.

You may just have to resort to small brooch backs, you can hide them quite well with a fabric circle on top.

I'm looking to stick an aquila on top, so the smaller the better.. i think i just found some tie/badge pins, but there are only 10 of them, all other badge backs are 100 for about the same price, but probably too big

Had a look - I see what the issue is! It's quite delicate, huh?
Hope you have some luck finding what you're looking for, I'll certainly keep an eye-out for something suitable.
Alternatively, in the mean time, if you have a full 'sheet' you could mount one on to some sort of cartouche then you could use a bigger finding.
Also, the smallest brooch back I have is 2.5 x 0.5cm, which looking at the dimensions on the link, might just fit the smaller panel at the bottom. Do you want me to add 1 to your parcel to try?

got the aquilas, damn they are thin :s i thought they would be thicker, the size is ok, look smaller then i thought on the pc screen though.

What about earring studs? might not be very strong when attaching to clothes etc tho.
