Repairing Resin Jewelry
Hey I have a Question for all of you who have made jewelry or pendants with resin.
I had a large pendant made, it has dried flowers from my grandmothers funeral with stearling silve foil suspended in resin. It had a silver bail attached to the back so it could be put on a necklace.
It's almost two years old, and yesterday the bail just popped off. I looks like it was just set in the pendant when the resin was still sticky.
So question is can/should I glue it back on? And what type of glue can I use that wont ruin or mess with the resin?
Thanks for any input <3

I would recommend trying E6000 or another kind of very strong glue.
i am sorry i don't have a suggestion. i just wanted to say that is a beautiful pendant and a wonderful way to keep something so precious.
lol thanks corvus. I saw these pendants way before I had ever heard of them as a craft, and I thought they were such a great idea. The funeral home we were attending had brochures for them and two lovely ladies handmade them. I bought three, one for myself, my mom and my sister, since we were all very close ^_^ We each had the same flowers but a different shape! I wish I had flowers from my wedding lol because I'd have one made for those too!
you should ask this girl
