A Makeup Question

I just wear eyeliner to school, and by the end of the day, its smeared and runny. But I never touch it. Is there a way I can prevent it from running like that and keep it looking ok without reapplying it at school?

I'm assuming you use pencil liner

You should use sealer w/ eye shadow instead of the pencil liner http://www.eyeslipsface.com/studio/eyes/eyeliner/eye_primer_and_liner_sealer

or if you want to still use the pencil liner just go over it with the same color of eye shadow &/or face powder. It still smudges but not as bad or quick as it would w/o either.

you could also just use liquid liner but it can look too dark if you don't have a thin brush

Sometimes it depends on the brand you use. If you're using a cheaper brand like NYC or Wet 'n' Wild, it's going to have less pigment and more wax/oil binder in it. You may just need a better brand like Maybelline or Loreal.

Like Andrea said, liquid liner could work if you have the right brush for it, but using eyeshadow is generally better since the powdered pigment stays on with your body's oils and moisture rather than the moisture of binders and fillers.
