Publishing Help!

I have a children's book that I would like to publish with print-on-demand and have decided to use Createspace from Amazon (mainly because they seem to be the cheapest around).

I'm having quite a lot of problems with their criteria and customer service and was wondering if anyone knows of other places that I would be able to publish inexpensively?

I would have no idea where to publish it.
But...
If all else fails, you could publish it yourself. To copyright it, all you would need to do is seal it in an envelope and mail it to yourself so the postal date will become your copyright date.

Most office supply stores sell report-binding supplies that make it easy to put together books.

Alternately, have you considered publishing it as an e-book?
