Y cant I see my project picture? plz help

Hey guys I am not sure why but for some reason some of my projects dont have like the little square picture for when you click on them im new to this site and I am not sure what to do PLEASE PLEASE help PlEASE (:

I can't even upload a lot of my photos... ugh. I just get a blank grey box and the upload never completes. Happy
