Graduation Decorations!
The theme for my grad in June is "A Night in Paris." So you know, white lights, Tour Eiffel, baguettes, and all that. We have a few ideas already for decorations, but I figured I'd bring it to the crafty community. Any ideas?
Oh, and it's in the medium-sized school gym.
You could make a cut-out of the parisian skyline..just paint everything black and maybe have a back layer of a dark sunset. You could even add lights through the back, just poke the lights individually through the black cardboard to represent windows.
Ooh, that would be really pretty. Thanks
bistro style tables, chekered table cloths, plastic wine glasses, people dressed as mimes, get chaperons to wear cool hats like fedoras, berets...
think montmart, the cool boho district of Paris or the Latin Quarter(full of cafes, bars and book stores)

Flowers! Potted rose bushes or those hanging baskets. It is the home of Monet, and he painted a ton of flora.
I always think of Paris with rainy wet streets, so maybe those iridescent streamer curtains?
Wrought iron (like the bistro picture) or Classical architecture, like Greek columns or the Triumphal Arch
Nice ideas, I'll bring it up if we ever have a meeting
