Pacman Ghost ipod cosy
Ok so a while ago when I got my head around stockinette stitch I knitted (that doesn't sound right. I knat? Nono) my boyfriend an ipod cosy, only since I don't have an ipod I didn't really have a grasp on how big it was supposed to be, and well it would probably have served a better purpose as a hat than an ipod cosy, put it that way.
Anyway he pretended he liked it, like the good little boy he is, and used it, but I was never happy with it. He then tells me recently he lost it, so I offered to make him a new one (and this time I took measurements)
Ok so following the happy star ipod nano tutorial (only adapting it to be big enough for a 2nd generation ipod, and pacman ghost shape...
i only followed the tutorial loosely because things kept going wrong, and there's no quilt batting or anything, but i still love him.
Oh yeah, and I fashioned myself a cardboard ipod to help me.
That's AMAZING! Where's the tutorial?!
wow! I love making little cosies, but mine are just boring ones, this is uber cute! I love that you have the holes for the swirly thing and the buttons
the tutorial's on cut out and keep! although when i tried to find it i couldn't, i had to search for 'happy star' instead. it's also on craftster, and i found the one on craftster more helpful because there were more pictures of the finished product so i knew what i needed to achieve. I'll find the link to that

I want to make ooone! I use the one I made (see projects) but always feel really silly about taking it out of my bag on the bus!
No it's really pretty! Why would you feel silly about that?
