Team Magma hooded shawl..ish?

Ah, I feel kinda lame asking this here, but I wanted to find some kind of pattern for something that'd be similar to the team Magma outfit.

Don't feel lame its a simply a question. Okay all i've seen about it is a this shawl hood:

I would also suggest when you put the ear like things (this is if your doing a cosplay like thing) in to have cardboard, wire or a styrofoam (cotton makes it look puffy and weird)
