What's your favourite pudding/sweet that you like to cook?

I love baking in general but i must say i love making my lowfat apricot and chocolate brownies. What do you love to bake?Cooking

I enjoy all baking for me it's the smell that fills the house and of course the taste. I used to do cakes all the time because I taught cake decorating now I go more for cookies and cheesecake.

I love baking brownies too - they're just so quick and always turn out great.

If I'm feeling fancy, I'll sometimes whip up a batch of macaroons. Tom got me a mixer for Christmas, so now I can even make them while getting ready for a party at the same time - I like to call it my party trick! Cooking

My top tip if you do make macaroons is to blitz together the icing sugar and ground almonds in a blender to get the mixture really fine and smooth. Then sieve it into a bowl! Cooking

I love to make trifle. I make my own swiss roll but I just used bought custard as I have never made it before. I have a huge dish for it and my husband doesn't really like it so I and up eating it all! Embarrassed
