hairfall problems

My hair is black-brown and thin, plus very sensitive. I live in a small town in Germany so its hard to find a proper hair product. the town next to mine has the body shop where I used to buy my toiletries and other cosmetics, but they don't have hair tonics.

I don't really have problems with dandruff, but since I've dyed my hair last year, my head keeps throwing away the dyed and dry part so nearly half of my hair (around my shoulder, my hair length is on my hip) is replaced with newgrown hair. It's crazy how fast it grows, since I dyed it only around last September before I move here to Germany.

The problem is while showering, everytime it cause clogging to the sink hole - and of course, my room is full of hairs. Does anyone know any hair tonic or product for hair fall which doesn't cause allergy- and available in Germany? The last product I used cause me dandruff for awhile. btw I already used hairfall shampoo+conditioner from Garnier (they're pretty good, my hair is silk and smooth) and also vitamin hair spray.
