Canvas shoes!
I have these plain canvas shoes and I need some crazy prints to paint!! Any ideas? And also tell me which paint to use and what to coat it with in case the color fades away after a wash!
Fabric paints will work the best since they're permanent and designed specifically for use on fabric.

There are spray paints designed for fabrics but they do not work as well.
hm...I have to buy them then. And if I want to stick on something do I have to stick it with fabric glue???
Yes. You could use hot glue or something else, but it would not bond as well.
Ohhhh...thanks.
I Sharpied some Keds last week and kind of just turned it into a zentangle on my shoe. Have fun!
Oh I saw tutorial cool but I wouldn't be able to do it in one try. I'll simply make a mistake !lol
I always use acrylics with a coat of shoe protector spray, lasts loads of washes before cracking. I tend to wear out the shoes before the paint!
I also have a tutorial in my projects on how I do it :L
I'll check it out ! thaanks
I saw something somewhere where you could gesso the shoes first, then use regular paints. after that she used a silicon spray, I think. Here's the link...
