London Rollergirls are hosting Europe’s first competitive tournament in Earl’s Court, London on the 18th & 19th of July. 12 teams from England, Scotland and Germany will battle it out over the weekend, so expect fast-skating, hard-hitting, furious derby action! There are punk girls, goth girls, lawyers, teachers, dancers, nurses, tattoo artists, big girls, small girls, young girls, mature women... you name it roller derby has it!
As a result the girls are super accepting, tolerant, fair and well rounded in nature (despite the nature of the game played lol). In a world where intolerance often presides, this alone is something that should be celebrated!
