Hi! I'm Mr X Stitch, aka the Kingpin of Contemporary Embroidery and since 2008 I've been changing the way people think about needlecraft.

Recreate the style of eleven royalty in #DIYTheLook with VillainousNinja.
I've always been inspired and encouraged by nature themes. With Autumn just around the corner, I thought: what better theme than a woodland? And when I think about a woodland, of course that means elves and faeries! I've patterned this look roughly after the elves depicted in Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, but feel free to modify the look to embody your own favorite elf!

I'm a character designer and illustrator from Brazil. I believe we are here to enjoy life, inspire others and feel inspired. I do my work with the intent to spark inspiration and joy in the audience. I am grateful for being able to work with what I love and I hope it shows in my drawings and paintings.

Create a mermaid hideaway in #DIYTheRoom with Jennie.
Between trying to beat the summer heat at the community pool, and going to see Disney's The Little Mermaid last week, I seem to have mermaids on the brain right now. If a seaside vacation isn't in the budget, how about a little crafty redecorating to make your very own Mermaid Hideaway? A combination of cool blue and turquoise hues, soft furnishings, a few well chosen seashell accessories, some ocean inspired artwork and you'll soon be under the sea!
