Hi, I’m Torie Jayne, originally a fashion designer by trade. In 2009 I started my blog, ‘Torie Jayne’, as a means of sharing my baking, crafting and interior design ideas with others. The response I got from other bloggers and my readers was overwhelmingly supportive and by early 2012 I was getting over 182,000 monthly page views and over 59,000 unique monthly visitors, which changed my life! I started getting offers of magazine work and in 2012 I was asked to write my first book ‘Craft, Show & Sell’, which ultimately gave me the push I needed to quit my full time job as a senior designer at Marks & Spencer and pursue my dream of an even more creative life. Roll forward to today and I am happy to say I am now a blogger/author/stylist/photographer/designer who recently moved from London to the Devon countryside to live my creative dream. How did you find CO+K and why did you join?
I found the page while searching for a pattern and I loved the way in which projects are organized by difficulty, length, cost etc. I decided I should join right away and start contributing to the site because of its unique format.
What projects are you currently working on?
I have Through the woods hooded cowl on my needles and a Stan (from South Park) amigurumi on my hook. I’m also expanding my polymer clay stitch marker collection with lots of clay food charms.

Blake Lively is such an iconic fashionista. I love seeing her dressed up on the red carpet but I also love seeing snapshots of what she wears in her daily life. I feel like her daily style is bohemian eclectic. I came up with a tutorials for projects around the house, that I feel like reflect her style. Lots of wood mixed with plants and soft furnishings.
