You Will Need

Step 1Bake, cool & cut the cake in half through the middle.

Step 2Pour some syrup onto the halved sponge.

Step 3Top the syrup with vanilla buttercream icing.
Pour over some more syrup.
Place the second half of the cake back on top.

Step 4Whip the chocolate ganache a little.
Place in a piping bag.

Step 5Pipe roses or other decorations onto the cake.

Step 6Cut & serve.
