Craft Room Tours

Explore the craft rooms, studios & kitchens of crafters to see where they work and how they organise their supplies

Join us for a #CraftRoomTour of Sarah Waterhouse's studio in Sheffield, England.

I love having a studio big enough to fit in my huge printing table, it's 8.5m long and only just fits in the room but it's gorgeous! I bought it second hand and it's nice to have something that already has a history.

Come behind the scenes at Magical Daydream and see Mariëlle's craft space in her student room in The Netherlands.

That it's a good reflection of who I am. It shows that I like to make things and love colour, what inspires me, what I like to make time for and also gives me a space to sit back, relax and daydream. I managed to create a space for myself that makes me feel comfortable and inspired.

Come behind the scenes at Design Fixation and tour Faith's craft space in her home office in Reading, Massachusetts.

That it exists! Up until two months ago, I was living in a tiny one bedroom condo with my boyfriend and dog so all of my work was done either on the kitchen table or on the couch in the living room. But then we bought a house so now I have an entire room all to myself!

Come behind the scenes at Emily Play's French home to see where she gets creative in her gorgeous livingroom craft space.

Even though the flat is pretty much facing north the livingroom is really bright with a its large windows and I guess that it's the most enjoyable thing about it. I also really like the layout of the room that allowed us to define several areas within a pretty small space : the main area with the coach-coffee table-computer desk, the dining/crafting area facing the kitchen and the bar area.

Come behind the scenes at Squirrel Picnic and tour Jennifer's craft headquarters in Colorado and her travel studio while on the move.

It's compact.

Come behind the scenes at Ric Rac and tour Jodie's colourful sewing room filled with adorable plushies.

My absolute favourite thing about this space is that I have it. I spent many years crafting on the end of the kitchen table, shoving things into tubs and under beds to keep spaces livable and now with this space I don't have to.
I don't have to share it with half a laundry or a study and it doesn't need to be turned back into a guest room at the drop of a hat.
I love that my craft work doesn't have to be interrupted or packed away.

Come behind the scenes at Revamperate and tour Holly's Long Beach office.

I love that the space is MINE. Although I have to share the office and the rest of our apartment with my boyfriend, I feel like my little craft corner is reflective of me and the little things I love - like my old camera collection, favorite photos and craft supplies!

Come behind the scenes at Lolly Jane and see Kelli & Kristi's craft room in Arizona.

I love how colorful this space is! From aqua walls to a stenciled mustard yellow herringbone full wall bookcase with mismatched colored chairs in between, it is bright and cheery and always puts me in a good mood!

Come behind the scenes at Ellison Lane and tour Jennifer's sewing room in North Carolina.

I love that this room has a lot of natural light and plenty of space for my cutting and sewing tables. It's a very cheerful space. Since it is a guest room, it has a large closet space that houses my fabric , notions and supplies. I love that I can keep those things tucked away so my space stays relatively clutter-free.

Come behind the scenes at Vikalpah and tour Sahana's master bedroom craft space in New York.

The favorite thing about my craft space is, it is spacious and have enough daylight as it has two large windows side by side.
