As a response to a comment you made on a project, some of the things listed on here are VERSIONS and not How-To's. I'm assuming that's what you were asking about when you said some pages don't have instructions, and it's because they are versions of Projects that they did, or just a picture of what someone made and they haven't listed the instructions yet.
