About
Crafting bio: I have a lot of memories of helping my mom with sewing and quilting projects growing up (along with cooking and travelling), and taught myself to knit after I graduated college to keep my brain from rotting in the less intellectually stimulating atmosphere of the pizza restaurant where I was then employed. I am taking my nine-to-fiver in our nation's capital to Monterrey, Mexico, where my husband is a diplomat. My new Monday-to-Thursday work schedule should leave me a little more time for crafting. I hope to finish a real embroidery project before I make it to my fourth decade.
Other bio-bits:
* Born and raised in Oklahoma, and still feel like a midwesterner at heart
* Studied in Russia (and worked there for a bit)
* Work for a high school student exchange program
* Took a part-time job at a yarn store just to keep myself busy on Sunday afternoons

- commented on their comment I can't possibly choose a favorite! I used to love backpacks most, and then a vintage-style airline bag (but the zipper just broke!), now I'm into totes with lots of pockets. to A Bag For All Reasons 27 Jun 18:14
