For the Pokéball I couldn't upload that picture and I have a feeling I no longer have it - sorry.

I'm not sure how to describe the steps any better. What is it that you don't understand?

Once you get to step 5 you should have to bowl shapes. Place them inside each and then whipstitch around them.
