How did you find CO+K and why did you join?
I stumbled onto CO+K while looking for handmade gift ideas for Christmas. I ended up finding a lot of great ones.
What projects are you currently working on?
Currently I’ve been making baby gifts nonstop. My sister is having a boy and my best friend just had a girl. This is lovely because I get to make things for both genders. I picked up a book on Amigurumi and have been making a set of circus animals from it for my soon to be nephew.

What does your craft space look like?
My crafty area is crammed into a corner of my living room. I have a big table and lots of storage bins. I have a bunch of cork boards with cute things other people have made for me pinned all over them. Lots of patterns, yarn, and beads seem to always be cluttering up my table.
Which tool or craft supply do you use the most?
I definitely use my sewing machine the most. Second in line would be my jewelry pliers for wire wrapping.
What do you craft along to?
I have a huge playlist that I just set to shuffle and work to. It has a huge variety of artist like Black Keys, Lykke Li, Metric, The Strokes, Woodkid, and The Beastie Boys. Lately I’ve catching up on watching a lot of Dr. Who and Torchwood on Netflix during the day though.

Favorite Craft
My favorite is sewing. Most of the projects come together in an afternoon. I love the instant gratification of a quick project. Sewing up bag, purses and pouches have always been my go to projects.
Pam's Top Crafts
If you could learn one new craft or make anything, what would it be?
I would love to learn to make lampwork beads, I think they are amazing. I always am searching for new, unique beads for my jewelry. Being able to create my own would be so exciting.
Who are your crafting heroes?
My heros would have to be my Grandma and Mom. Both of whom let me be as creative and messy as I wanted. My Mom let me try my hand at anything I could think of, and taught me to paint, sew, bake and make jewelry. My Grandma helped me learn to quilt and was a wealth of information on all things handmade.

A few of my favorites are, Rainbow Splash Tank by EVEnl, the sample Satchel from A Bag For All Reasons, and Pompourri Rug by Maize Hutton. Although I have so many more I want to get around to.
