About
I was born in Madrid 41 years ago. I studied Linguistics and Literature at collage, worked on many different jobs, travelled as much as I could and found my path on macro photography. It was travelling when I started collecting ephemeras and all kind of memories for my travel journals and I didn’t know I was making scrapbooking. I loved doodling and drawing around the photos and texts… and one day one of those notebooks became an art journal.
As winters are long and there are no bugs to photograph, I went deeper into scrapbooking and mixed media and I couldn’t stop. Art journals are my roots, but I love making layouts, altered objects and mixed media pieces… I am self-taught and in my classes I teach how following your intuition and believing in yourself, you can do anything if you put your mind to it.
