Hi! I'm a 40-something home schooling mom. I love nothing more than being at home with my son. I am sort of a recluse in that respect, I guess. After working outside of the home most of my life, I am enjoying being a wife and mother. And there's so much to take care of here! Horses, cattle, firewood, cats, dogs, chickens, melting glass, jewelry!

In my spare time, when I get a chance I like to work with the horses, and my sweet mammoth donkey, Mack. I have developed a huge fear of riding, but hoping that if I stick with it long enough I can once again ride with my son and husband.

I totally have a hard time with blogs and technical stuff, like photography, and Photoshop, but I'm studying and trying hard to learn how to improve those skills.
