commented on their comment A fringe is another word for bangs. Same thing. Basically what she is doing is just getting some of her hair from the front, brushing it to the side so it sweeps across the forehead then pinning it behind the ear so you can't see. Simple. to No Cut Fringe!!! 02 Aug 01:06
