as in.. what fits for 4 pieces of tulle on the ribbon, i squeezed 10 in that same place
then when you're done.. just squish the tulle with your hand.. make it poofy .. like your would do with your hair XD

well.. i basically did what's in the original how-to.
but i guess it's the type of tulle that gave it this amazing puff.
i used pink glittery NON-stretchy tulle
and black normal tulle..
i was rather generous with how much tulle i used.. i used ALOT..like.. 2.5 meters of black and 3 meters of pink.. *as i remember* and i cute them a bit thinner than the original how-to i then just pushed them all together and kept on adding tulle.. then push them closer and so on..
it was a bit long so i adjusted it's length after it was completed
