I am a 40 year old stay at home mom. My daughter is 12 and will going into the 7th grade. I have been married to my husband Shawn (we call him Twig) for almost 18 years. I have always loved to do crafts. I started with crosstitching when I was about 9 or 10, and it grew from there. My husband says that I have craft ADD because I can't pick 1 to do. I have supplies for tons of different crafts. I also have lots of unfinished projects because I will be doing 1 and another craft will catch my eye. My husband has also threatened to divorce me if I keep bringing craft stuff in. Although for that past almost 2 years I haven't bought any new stuff and really haven't been able to do a lot of crafts. My daddy passed away and my mama moved in with us. So all of the stuff from my craft room got put in storage and my craft room became mama's room. I have still crosstitched and done some jewelry. Now I am getting into sewing. Which is not really easy for me because I can't cut or sew a straight line, but I am practicing and trying really hard. Money is very tight right now so I am really interested in transforming some of my old clothes into new ones. Like turning jeans into skirts, making dresses out of shirts, and things like that.
