About
My big secret first, my socks never match and I am an eternal, and sometimes unrealistic, optimist. If it is raining at the barbeque, I will be the one saying "I think I see the sun poking through" even when the sky is black and the potato salad is beginning to look like soup. I do manage to hold it all together though, with a certain colorful and independent nature, or so my mother tells me. I don't take myself too seriously and enjoy meeting all sorts of different people. I've been told I have a wicked sense of humor and view life with a left of center perspective. I live my life open to new experiences and am infinitely curious about different people and places. I love new adventures, love to travel, eat new food and experience different cultures.
My life goal is to set foot on every continent at least once.
I like to jump on the beds in hotel rooms. I always do that when I travel. You can tell a lot about a hotel by the way the bed bounces.
I am a bad joke teller, never can get the punch line quite right! And I love to visit roadside attractions.... Just went to the Gator Farm in Alamosa this weekend and then over to the UFO Tower to sit in the Alien Garden!
I am not shy about drinking beer at 10:30am on Peak 9 and I appreciate deep powder especially while tumbling ass over tea kettle down the back bowls at Keystone. Life is short and I spend plenty of time being very responsible. When everything is said and done, no one remembers how many times they were on time for a meeting but they do recall when they were at a party and beer shot out of their nose and I can recall every asscracker I have had on my way down my favorite runs at Breckenridge! The important things in life..... Toes in the sand in Mexico, Cold beer at the end of the day in Keystone, Getting lost in Berlin.
