I love making jewellery, and I have two designs available in kit form from my friend Celia at jencel.co.uk.. I'm so lucky to have such a lovely hobby as this!


I have a lovely little cat called Meesha, who is almost six years old. She's a British lilac/cream shorthair cat, and she's absolutely gorgeous!

I have some amazing friends, n am so lucky about that. Most of them live near enough for me to see regularly which is fabulous. I met some of my friends, "the Chesterfield gang" when on holiday in Lake Garda, and we've stayed friends ever since then. In 2011. I had a really special holiday with my friend Sandie in Colorado. She and her family made me so welcome, and Sandie is now a beader too!! We've had numerous holidays together since, including in Maui which was absolutely beautiful.

Whilst talking about holidays, I've had some lovely holidays with Celia in the Lake District, Prague etc, but sometimes when we've just stayed overnight for the bead fairs, we've been known to sleep on roundabouts - hotels on or close to roundabouts that is.....!!

I love walking out in Derbyshire, meals out with friends etc - but I hate dusting, lol! There's not enough time to do all the crafting I enjoy, but I love my life and my close friends! xxx
