I've been a nurse for 39 years! Wow. I think I've had enough. Took some time away (1995) for about 8 years and went into the IT field. Went back to nursing after being disillusioned, got disillusioned again (!) and have just graduated from college with a B.S. in Health Informatics.

I love animals and currently have two dogs (and a few tarantulas). Starting a pet sitting business has been a great way to spend time with animals without actually owning them. When I retire (if ever), pet sitting will be my "retirement career".

I love music and miss singing but after being in the Hillsdale Arts Chorale I got spoiled with their expertise.

I enjoy indoor gardening and have a house and greenhouse full of tropical plants and cacti and succulents.

I'm in a very good place right now. Happy with our home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, life, family and friends.
