I am a sensitive and empathic. I feel "civilization" is insane -- how we treat others, perpetuated violence & destruction, patriarchy, hierarchy, corporate slavery, separation from nature/Earth, competition, alienation, manipulation, secrecy, anthropocentrism, just to name a few.
I love to read, and share ideas.
I live and work at a horse rescue and sanctuary.

I believe Earth is transitioning to a higher consciousness and that meditation is the path for humans to transition with her.
