She is a person who understands, values and develops her body, finding it beautiful and useful; a person who is real and is willing to take risks, to be creative, to manifest competence, to change when the situation calls for it, and to find ways to accommodate to what is new and different, keeping that part of the old that is still useful and discarding what is not. *******************************V.S.

As you flow down life's stream, may you realize that life is such as you seem. It's a mirror of mind. What you think is what you get. Always take time to slow & reflect on your being. And find the ways to continue your freeing. It's all about seeing. You only exist in the Eternal Now, so slow into appreciating right now. You're never in the past or future.
