I am being tested about this old age thing, I don't feel old but my body is laughing at the joke. is there such a thing as growing old gracefully? Or is it just accepting the fact ?

I have raised 4 children, and have 5 grandchildren, and now I have a Great Grand Daughter Brook-Lyn Rose. I love being with my family , I love to travel and see how the "Natives" live. I want to see Europe some day and find relatives from Poland.
