• Created inventory tracking and sales data reports that were used to increase sales and reported changes on a daily basis.
• Customer Service: Ranked “Best Inside-Sales Representative” in the Maxum boat division.
Earned 6 Sales and Customer Service excellence awards over the course of my employment.
• Quality and Process Improvement: Recognized with the “Quality Assurance” award for designing the sales order processing tracking form used by all sales divisions.
• Earned awards for “Best-cost Savings Idea” two years in a row within the Maxum sales division.
