I've been making things since I was a little child. I started sewing when I was 4, and was always fascinated with playing dress up. This lead to a degree in fashion design, along with many costumes, shoes, and accessories.

I love repurposing objects and redesigning clothing, to make something that suits my style. I enjoy shopping in second hand and discount shops for things that I can alter, and beautiful vintage clothing. I'm always thinking of new projects and love when they are inexpensive.

I have my own blog, Crafty Lady Abby, where I write about designers, trend forecast, create costumes, share makeup looks, and write tutorials. I'm a member of a band, League of Space Pirates. I create costumes and props for the band, as well singing backup. I'm a co-editor of Skull-A-Day.com, where I learned many art techniques, put together contests, and write about skull artwork.
