About
My name is Precious and I'm 14 years of age. I'm studying at Negros Occidental National Science High School, a school where most of the graduates are now successful in their chosen career. I'm the second oldest in our family. Yes, I'm a Wattpad Writer but I'm not an active writer. I usually write their every time I'm depressed, angry, or get dissapointed because of something. I write to express and not to impress. I'M JUST AN AMATEUR
The thing that makes me happy the most is listening and watching K-POP just like what my friends do. For me, it's a source of entertainment. It's a getaway into another culture, another world. K-POP is everything you could ever want. Hot guys, pretty girls, epic dance moves, music that makes you feel what you want to, and the knowledge that even though most things are scripted, they're real, these idols. People usually think of us as fools for listening on K-POP songs by saying, "Teh, kainchindi man kamu na sang gina hambal nila?" DUH. What's the use of tranlations? We have recieved so many criticisms yet we still stand for what we believe.
"WHAT PSYCHOLOGIST SAYS ABOUT KPOPS : They are stronger than anyone else on the inside, because when they are loving these Korean stars, they experience the setbacks they’ve never experienced in life. The way these children think is vastly different from others, and their thoughts are not easy to understand. Generally, only those who have similar interests are able to enter their world."
And afterall, MUSIC IS STILL MUSIC.
------
They always say, "Why do you like kpop? You don't even understand it." inside you want to say, "They make me happy. It's really surprising that the things I don't understand are the things that make me happy. While the things I perfectly understand are sometimes the reason why I have a frown on my face" then they will judge you that you are turning down your own nation. Deep inside you want to tell, "I'm not turning my back on my own nation. I'm just appreciating others." Then they'll soon call you weird, crazy and stupid. You'll just stand there and smile and joke around but deep inside you are thinking, "It's okay to call me weird, crazy or stupid. You can call me anything you want. You can even hurt me, just not my idols. Just don't call them bad names. I'll be more hurt if you do that." Then at the end, they will tell your face, "You don't even have a chance to be with your idol! He/She doesn't even know you! You'll always be someone they don't know." You'll just give them a simple smile. Then you'll just sit there, pretending not to care. But inside you, you are thinking "I know. I'm perfectly aware that I'll never be with them. I know that I'll always be on the "fan-zone". SOMEONE WHO WILL JUST BE STARING AT POSTERS AND PICTURES. LOVING OUR IDOLS WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING US. I am much aware that I WILL ALWAYS BE A FAN NO MATTER. WHAT. I KNOW THAT I DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO GO NEAR THEM. I ACCEPT THE FACT THAT WHATEVER I DO. I AM JUST A FAN. SOMEONE WHO WILL JUST BE SEEKING THEM FROM AFAR. I KNOW. WE KNOW." - THE TRUTH OF A KPOP FAN'S LIFE
