I had mild stroke a few years ago and can't do the intricate stitching I used to but I still love to sew and craft. For years I made and altered wedding gowns and dresses for the whole wedding party. I loved doing this and especially the look on the face of the bride to be when she saw the finished creations. Although I have been able to return to sewing I find I don't have the dexterity for such delicate work with lace and beading. I am, however, thankful to be able to do something I love so much.
