Sorry it's been a long time since I've checked that project, but at the moment, it's just a show and tell. Perhaps some time I'll do a how to, but essentially (as I was making this up as I go along) I think I used the blue as the back and hanger cover and ten the brown fabric as the front piece. Sewed those two together and around the hanger, - oh you know what, if you're still wanting to, I can maybe later get back to you with better instructions. Sorry it's been so long since I've made this that I think it would be easier if I just remade another one with instructions. I'll let you know. Again I apologize for not getting back to you so soon.
