Tell us a bit about your home and what you love about it the most?
My husband, dog and I are now in our 2nd home and we love how we've renovated it together and are now closer to our families.
What was the first DIY project you did to your home or first thing you made for it?
Stripping wood chip wallpaper and spent hours filling walls before painting.
The first thing I made was probably decking, after studying lots of YouTube videos.
Do you have any tips for staying tidy & organised?
Often, the hardest thing has been to find the right storage solution. So, my tip would be to try building your DIY skills, one by one, so you can make bespoke things to give things a home on a budget.
If you could tour any celebrities home, who would it be?
Sarah Beeny, probably. I'm curious what her house is like.
If you had three wishes, what changes would you make to your home?
- A larger kitchen (I love cooking)
- Have it along a canal with its own mooring for a narrowboat
- A bigger garden
