When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?
My first experience with cooking was helping my mom make fairy cakes on the weekend. I seriously got into cooking when I moved out of my parents home and loved trying out new recipes
What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?
I'm a very messy cook so I always clean as I go. My kitchen is bright + airy and open to my living room so I can chat to my Husband as I try out new things.
What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?
The best way is to practice and not be afraid to try new things. I also love reading cooking books and blogs for inspiration.
Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?
My favourite is cooking for my family and friends. I would make Basil, Garlic + Tomato Bruschetta to start. A pasta dish for the main. Dessert would be a Raspberry Almond Frangipane Tart.
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
I love going to gym and I have recently launched a YouTube channel and am really enjoying learning how to film and edit.
Which cooking blogs do you love to read?
Choosing Chia, Deliciously Ella, Chocolate Covered Katie
