Take a break! Put your pencils/paints away and relax. Go out for a walk keeping your phone at home and look all around you. Take a workshop or a class that you've always wanted to.
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
I love photography. I'm trying to improve my skills in that area. I've recently started calligraphy, so that's a fun hobby now.
