What are your hobbies?
I love spending time with my family, friends, and my two amazing children! Going to the zoo, the park, the theatre, baseball games, gardening, biking, cookouts, and Netflix marathons with my husband.
When I'm not hanging out with family and friends, I usually am crafting, sewing for work or for fun, or designing.
What are your favorite crafts and what's your craft space like?
I love a little bit of everything! I love sewing and paper crafts.
Our family room is somewhat of a craft/art space for the whole family. My work space with my sewing machine and art books are one side and my son has his easels and craft table on the other side.
What do you craft along to?
I love to listen to the Harry Potter books on tape or I'll watch TV shows I've already seen. I like to craft to things I know really well so I don't have to pay close attention to them!
What was the first project you ever made?
I worked at a scrapbook store throughout high school so I made lots of scrapbooks. The first dress I ever made was for as school project. I used a Vintage Vogue pattern from 1954 to make a pink dress and white bolero.
What are your favorite items to make?
I love making things for my kids and holiday crafts - especially things for Christmas. I don't like sewing for myself but love sewing for my kids.

Some of my favorite craft blogs are the first ones I ever stumbled upon, before I really knew what craft blogging was all about. The Homes I Have Made, Honey & Fitz, and Damask Love.
