Awesomeness. Just pure unadulterated awesomeness. It's like something out of Alice in Wonderland or Labyrinth. Wish I had the space to do this.

I knew there was a reason not to throw those old coffee tables away! I will finally be able to reclaim the spare room and get the bookshelves for my bedroom that I've been craving! Amazing job, Salte. x

Thank you all for commenting, people! (:

Chuckee: interesting idea with the tires! I would love to see pictures of that someday!

Tatty.craft: thank you for the advice! I didn't really spend that much money on the tables though. I bought one at a market and one in a second hand shop and i got the last one for free. The expensive part ones the paint!! I spend 4 times the price on the tables on paint! Ö I had to cover them with two different kinds of preventives and then two layers of paint.. otherwise they would react differently to the paint. (:

Beverly C: Exciting that you are doing the same project! I would love to see the result when you are done! (:

Doing this for my daughters room. Love it! Great job. Been gathering tables at thrift stores/yard sales, doesn't matter the condition because they will be painted. So excited!

this is really creative, if you want to spend less you can get some cheap tables from an aucttion <3

Awesome! I've got a somewhat similar idea in my head, but it's tiers, not tables. This is way cool tho! It's like an old 8-bit video game meets princess!
