Based on Wire Wrapped Tree Of Life Ornament by Lisa H.
I purchased the "ingredients" for this project from a national craft store chain. I spent $18 for 10grams of green seed beads (11/0), 68 feet of 26 gauge silver-plated wire, 30 metal rings (ranging in size from 1 1/2 inch diameter to 1 inch diameter, and a pair of three-in-one needle nose craft pliers. With those supplies, I could easily complete at least 10 trees.

I did my Tree of Life pendant using a 1 1/2 inch diameter ring, and decreased the length of the wires to approximately 8 inches. I still used 12 wires, but in retrospect feel that 8-10 would have been better, and would have given me more trunk detail inside the ring.

(I'd also like to note that this was fairly easy on my hands, even though I have carpal tunnel and moderate arthritis in my right side.)

Thanks to Lisa H. for the fantastic tutorial! This is a beautiful project, and could be used in a variety of end products! :D
