• 

  Step 1

  Find a clean little container to work with...

• 

  Step 2

  And using any color eyeshawdow u want, scrape it until some of it becomes a fine dust.

  Step 3

  Dump it into ur container

• 

  Step 4

  Now add clear gloss, visaline, Steroid cream, etc. i did steriod cream because it makes my lips INCREDIBLY soft(: You an also add glitter, which is what i did(:

  Step 5

  then just mix it around really well until u get this

  And using any type of applicator, put it on ur lips!
