    Step 1

You'll need a whiteboard for this project, any will do but we went for a custom Crafterella whiteboard from Zazzle because what could be more motivating than a Crafty Superhero?!

    Step 2

Roughly sketch out your lines with your whiteboard marker, using a ruler if you want to be really precise, until you have a 5x5 grid. Then cut strips of washi tape and lay them over the lines, working horizontally at first.

Add the vertical lines of washi tape to complete the grid.

Now, the tricky part is to decide which goal you're going to acheive first. Mine was to knit & crochet for 30 days until it becomes a habit. Cross off a box for each day you successfully complete your habit in a row. When you've filled up the whole grid, your new habit should be set and you can reward yourself to something nice before starting your next habit!
